The 2022 Global ERG Summit

The Global ERG Summit is the premier hybrid event designed specifically for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Business Resource Groups (BRGs), Diversity Councils and other Affinity Groups. This weeklong immersive Summit combines the latest research and best practices to deliver a hands-on in-person and virtual learning experience.
ERGs, BRGs, Diversity Councils, Networking and Affinity Groups are effective resources for improving organizational results in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. The Global ERG Summit strives to increase their impact and effectiveness by providing new opportunities to learn, share, gain new insights, connect and grow as advocates and leaders at all levels.
