Reaching Out’s PRIZM 2024 Conference

We at Reaching Out are excited to introduce a new program launching this fall.

PRIZM is a new multi-day event for post-MBAs and other experienced, mid-career business professionals. The first PRIZM event will take place Sept. 27-29, 2024, in Los Angeles in conjunction with this year’s ROMBA Conference. Registration for both ROMBA and PRIZM will open soon.

While the ROMBA Conference provides a unique opportunity for MBA students and early-career professionals, we recognize that experienced, mid-career professionals are looking for different insights and ways to drive career growth and enable networking.

The target audience for the first PRIZM conference is professionals with 2-7 years post-graduate experience or equivalent looking to build leadership skills through an LGBTQ+ lens.

Designed to help LGBTQ+ professionals see their careers in a new light, PRIZM will include professionally facilitated educational workshops, recruiting opportunities including coffee chats, a special reception, and other networking events. PRIZM attendees will also have access to select elements of the ROMBA Conference.
