The Center for Effective Organizations (CEO) at the USC Marshall School of Business and Presenting Sponsor, Ecolab Inc., are excited to invite you to the 2024 Strategic Employee Resource Group (ERG) Leadership Summit July 16-17, 2024 in Minneapolis – Saint Paul, MN. Additionally, they’ve announced that they have expanded their offerings to include a virtual component to the Summit, taking place on September 18-19, 2024, accessible to all in-person registrants at no extra cost.
About the Summit: Now in its 12th year, this data-driven learning event brings together ERG leaders, diversity, equity, and inclusion executives, and executive sponsors for collaborative learning, innovation, and networking.
Who Should Attend: The Strategic ERG Leadership Summit includes leaders from organizations who have established Employee Resource Group (ERGs) or are just getting their programs started, including:
- ERG Leaders & Executive Sponsors
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Leaders
- HR executives or other leaders who run ERG programs or are considering adding ERGs
