The Los Angeles County Women’s Leadership Conference brings together a broad spectrum of like-minded professionals to network and learn from a fantastic lineup of speakers in government, business, and community. Each year, the event continues to sell out with approximately 1,000 annual attendees from County departments, outside agencies, and the general public. The goal of this Leadership Conference is to inspire and empower attendees to take leadership roles wherever life takes them. Join us as we empower our leaders through gripping stories and invaluable lessons, sparking a journey of growth and inspiration for our dynamic community!
