NCOA CONFERENCE: Sponsorship Opportunities

The Non Commissioned Officers Association will host its Annual Conference and Vanguard Awards Dinner on July 18-21, 2023, in San Antonio, Texas.

Tuesday, July 18, NCOA formally kicks off the event with a special Opening Icebreaker for delegates, guests, and sponsors.

On Wednesday, July 19, there will be a special Senior Enlisted Panel where senior leaders from each branch of the Armed Forces give the state of their individual service and answer questions.

The remainder of the day includes guest speakers from several organizations and the Awards Luncheon recognizing Regional Chapters of the Year and other top performers.

Sponsors will be manning their Exhibit Tables during the sessions.

Thursday evening, July 20 is the highlight of the 4-day conference as the Association honors our NCOA Military Vanguard Award Recipients. Each Vanguard is selected by their branch of the Armed Forces with NCOA providing a basic criteria statement. The NCOA Vanguard recipients put their own lives in jeopardy to save another.

NCOA is proud to honor these true American Heroes. We need your support to continue to make this the tribute that each of them deserves.

The conference will wrap up on Friday, July 21, with breakfast with the NCOA and Auxiliary Boards of Directors.
