Current students and recent graduates can apply for our Pathways Program or Summer Scholars Intern Program. The NCUA promotes financial inclusion to better serve a changing population and economy. As part of that mission, the NCUA participates in recruitment efforts to encourage an inclusive workforce. Diversity and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of the agency’s operations – they are part of the fabric of our organizational culture.
Our student intern programs provide valuable work experience for high school, undergraduate, graduate, law, and Ph.D. students who are considering a career in economics, finance, accounting, information technology, law, and human resources, among other disciplines. NCUA interns work on meaningful projects and tasks, making for an enriching and educational experience. By combining academic endeavors with project-related work experience, talented students can gain the practical knowledge they need in a competitive workforce.
- Summer Scholars Intern Program – The NCUA has agreements with four minority-serving organizations to provide summer intern opportunities to college and university students in undergraduate, graduate, doctorate, and juris doctorate programs.
