California ‘Advancing Homeownership Fair’ to help Latinos and diverse communities prepare for homeownership

Rising rents have people wondering whether now is a good time to buy a home. To help Los Angeles residents, Wells Fargo will host a free Advancing Homeownership Fair to provide information about local resources available for down payment assistance & closing costs.
