Free “Advancing Homeownership” Fair

Former Mexican national team goalkeeper Oswaldo Sanchez will share his homebuying journey with Latino families

Wells Fargo will host free Advancing Homeownership Fair Saturday, July 20, in Santa Ana. The Advancing Homeownership Fairs, designed with the particular market in mind, will offer aspiring homeowners information and access to resources to help them achieve the goal of homeownership.

The Cities of Santa Ana and Garden Grove will offer down-payment assistance for qualifying first-time homebuyers.

Walk ins are welcome.

Participants will have an opportunity to engage in workshops and speak one-on-one with local bilingual banking and mortgage professionals about managing credit, financing, and the benefits of owning a home. Also Oswaldo Sanchez, soccer legend will be there to interact with Latino families. Free breakfast will be provided.
